What access do you need?

Read-only access to GA4 and your heatmap tool (Hotjar, Contentsquare, or similar). I'll send a step-by-step setup guide — takes about 10 minutes.

What if we don't have heatmap data?

If you have GA4 but no heatmap tool, I can still deliver a strong audit. I'll note where heatmap data would add clarity and recommend a tool to set up going forward.

Do you implement the changes too?

The audit is a standalone deliverable — hand the roadmap to your team and go. But if you'd like the recommended changes designed and built, we'll discuss that on the handover call. Most clients move into a Page Sprint (design + build for their highest-impact pages) after seeing the findings.

How is this different from an agency?
